- Change mat – many nappy bags come with this
- Nappy rash cream – zinc and castor oil is a good basic
- Baby wipes – Huggies travel container
- Nappies
- Nappy sacks
- Change of clothes for baby
- Bottles and formula as needed
- Insulated bottle carrier
- Bibs
- Cloth - for burping / mess clean ups
- Dummy / soother (if needed)
- 1 cotton wrap
- Spare pair of breast pads
- Children’s colour free panadol baby drops (use as directed)
- Small toy or soft book
